By using AfterHours (“the Service”), you agree to these terms.

The Service

AfterHours provides virtual receptionist after-hours phone answering for professional services businesses. We configure, maintain, and operate a virtual receptionist on your behalf based on information you provide.

Payment

Services are billed monthly. A one-time setup fee is charged at the start of service. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Our responsibilities

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure the Service is available and performing well. We are not liable for missed calls, technical outages, or errors in responses.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information to configure your agent.
• Ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable laws (including privacy laws in your jurisdiction).
• Notifying us promptly of any issues.

Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
